About Kristina
I’ve always had clear dreams and ideas: big, bold ones. And I’ve always been curious enough to try. But for me, it’s never just about bringing ideas to life; it’s about following what moves my soul. I’ve always called it “chicken soup for my soul”, that deep, undeniable pull toward things that excite, challenge, and inspire me.
After having worked in Pharma & FMCG Multinationals, with roles in Regulatory Affairs and R&D, developing products and leading innovation, I realized something: I wasn’t just passionate about science and strategy, I was obsessed with the energy of creation. I loved solving puzzles and making things better, but even more than that, I loved building ideas, brands, people, opportunities.
After 15 years of building for others, I took the leap. In 2022, I became a full-time entrepreneur as founder of IKA BEAUTY and co-founding BIODAMI. The Bioceutical Lab. IKA BEAUTY's slogan "YOUR BEST YOU" is more than just my work. It’s about my deep love for people, my belief in their potential, and my obsession with seeing them thrive.
At my core, I’m a cheerleader and a synergizer. I believe that when the right people, ideas, and energy collide, 1+1 doesn’t equal 2, it becomes 3. That’s where real magic happens.
